Does Kemetova have an office in the UK?
No. Kemetova now operates only from Hurghada, Egypt. Older pages or search results may still mention our former Sheffield office. Those references are out of date and we're updating them across our public profiles.

Does Kemetova design business websites?
Yes. We design business websites for companies that need a professional online presence, service pages, clear ways to get in touch, multilingual content, ecommerce, booking or other agreed features.
Does Kemetova build custom web applications?
Yes. We build custom web applications with Laravel and PHP for projects that need business dashboards, user accounts, approval workflows, APIs or portals.
Does Kemetova use WordPress or Laravel?
Does Kemetova use Livewire?
Yes. We use Livewire with Laravel for suitable dashboards, live forms, dynamic filters, tables and interactive screens, without the extra weight of a separate JavaScript single-page app.
Which PHP version does Kemetova use?
Our current development stack includes PHP 8.4 for suitable projects. The final version on your live site depends on framework compatibility, support from third-party packages and the hosting setup.
Can you take over or redesign existing websites?
Yes, after a technical review. We check the existing code, hosting, database, plugins and known issues. A redesign can cover navigation, user experience, the path to contact or buy, and SEO redirect planning if URLs change.

How much does a website cost in Egypt?
There's no single fixed price. The cost depends on the number of pages, custom design versus templates, translation into other languages, ecommerce or booking rules, integrations and hosting. We prepare fixed quotes based on a written project scope.
When does Kemetova start work and what can cause delays?
Work starts as soon as we receive the initial project down payment or the agreed monthly fee under the signed contract.
Common causes of delay include missing content, late design approvals, API access details that haven't been provided, or a growing scope. Under Kemetova's standard terms, client delays of more than 10 working days can reset the agreed delivery milestones.
Website Ownership
Who owns the finished website and assets?
Under Kemetova's standard terms, once a website is delivered and paid in full, the website, its project source files and its database are transferred entirely to the client, subject to third-party open-source licenses and contractual attribution terms.
Brand assets, videos, logos and photos supplied by the client remain 100% the client's property. We don't reuse client assets without explicit consent.
Does Kemetova place a footer credit on websites?
A project agreement may include a discreet “Developed by Kemetova” footer credit and link. The signed contract decides whether this credit is required or can be removed.

What does website maintenance include, and how fast do you respond?
Maintenance covers automatic off-site backups, framework and plugin updates, security patches, speed checks and bug fixing. Under hosting contracts, our standard terms set a maximum response time of one working day to acknowledge a ticket and start handling it.
CRM, ERP & API Integrations
Can Kemetova connect custom software to our CRM or ERP?
Yes, as long as the other platform has accessible API documentation. We build custom Laravel connections that handle authentication, data conversion, retry rules and webhooks, so leads, orders and stock sync reliably without corrupting your data.
Portals & Business Systems
What's the difference between customer portals, B2B portals and membership platforms?
Customer Portals: Give logged-in clients access to their own documents, booking history and service status.

Payments, Cancellations & Terms
What are your cancellation and refund terms?
Under Kemetova's standard terms, a web development down payment becomes non-refundable after three working days. Prepaid monthly social media and ongoing marketing fees are non-refundable.
Monthly services can be canceled, and the service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Clients can ask to pause a project by official email, in line with the contract terms.
When does project handover take place?
Handover takes place within two working days of final project approval and payment of all invoices. We transfer the login details, files and database access to the client.
