The Ankhaz website is an online Egyptian bazaar selling handmade gifts, jewelry, papyrus and sweets to visitors worldwide, in 4 languages and 6 currencies.
The Challenge
Ankhaz is an online Egyptian bazaar selling souvenirs, handmade jewelry and bags, papyrus paintings, statues, dates, chocolate and oriental sweets. Many of its customers are tourists who want to order again after they get home.
The store needed to feel like a premium boutique rather than a market stall, with hundreds of products that are easy to browse, and prices and content that make sense to shoppers from Europe, Russia and the Gulf.
