The Challenge
Bingo Reisen sells excursions from Hurghada with German-speaking guides, to holidaymakers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who research every trip before they fly.
The strategy was to answer their detailed questions in natural German, such as which tombs are open in the Valley of the Kings, whether to change euros or pounds, and how the visa works at the airport, and link each guide to a bookable excursion.
