The Challenge

Bella Station sells excursions and airport transfers in Hurghada through its website, hotel sales desks and reps. It needed one system that takes a booking wherever it is sold, online, at a hotel desk or over WhatsApp, and follows it through to the pickup, the payment and the supplier’s bill.

We built a custom Laravel web app in three parts: a public booking website in English, German, Russian, Polish and Czech; a point-of-sale terminal for sales reps, with ticket printing and end-of-day cash closing; and back offices for the office and operations teams, with a daily manifest, trip dispatch, supplier settlements, commission tiers and profit reports.

The Tech Stack

A custom Laravel 13 web app with Livewire 4 and Filament 5 for the back offices, built with Tailwind CSS 4 and Vite. Card payments run through Mastercard Payment Gateway Services with signed webhooks, guest messages go out on WhatsApp through the Wati API, and the database is backed up automatically.

The Results

One Booking, Every Channel: The website, hotel sales desks and back office all book into the same system, with the same prices, group discounts and seat limits.
Operations From One Screen: A daily manifest, trip and driver dispatch, cancellation requests and Excel operations sheets for suppliers.
Money Tracked End to End: Payment links, cash closing per rep, supplier ledgers and settlements, tiered commissions and net profit reports by tour, rep, channel and hotel.
