The Challenge

El Akaby Tours runs excursions from Hurghada: island and snorkelling trips, diving, desert safaris and day trips to Luxor and Cairo, for holidaymakers from across Europe. It needed a site where guests can pick a trip, choose a date and hotel pickup, and book in their own language without paying upfront.

Instead of a fully custom build, we launched it on Kemet Tours, our own WordPress theme for tour and excursion companies. Booking requests, group prices, hotel pickup zones, reviews and translations come built in, so the work went into El Akaby’s tours, photos and content.

The Tech Stack

Kemet Tours, Kemetova's WordPress theme for tour companies, built with Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js and no page builder. Polylang runs the five languages and Rank Math handles SEO, while the theme adds tour structured data, booking requests and guest emails.

The Results

Book Now, Pay on the Day: Guests pick a date, group size and hotel pickup and send a booking request with no card needed. Every booking gets a reference number and a confirmation email.
5 Languages: English, German, Arabic, Russian and Polish with hreflang, so every guest books in their own language and gets emails in it.
Built on a Proven Theme: 12 destinations and 10 activity types on a theme already built for excursion sellers, so the budget went into content, not code.
