The Challenge

Aviaral Travel is a licensed Spanish travel agency in Málaga that runs group and private tours, Nile cruises and charter-flight packages to Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and the UAE. It had outgrown its off-the-shelf TravelTour theme. Group departures, charter flights and seasonal prices needed a booking engine built around how the agency actually sells trips, and the catalogue needed a faster way to add and translate tours.

We designed and built a custom WordPress theme from scratch, moved the content across, and redirected every old URL so existing links and search results still land on the right page.

The Tech Stack

A custom WordPress theme built with Tailwind CSS, with WooCommerce for checkout and Polylang for Spanish and English. Prices are calculated on the server from each tour's seasons, departures and add-ons, and Yoast SEO is extended with travel agency and trip structured data.

The Results

A Real Booking Engine: Fixed departure dates, seasonal prices and add-ons for every tour, priced on the server and paid through WooCommerce checkout.
CSV Tour Importer: Tours are imported from a spreadsheet as drafts and linked to their translations, so the catalogue grows without manual data entry.
Old Links Still Work: Every URL from the previous site redirects to its new page, and removed or spam URLs return a proper 410.
